How to Order: This is a mail order business. We do not take orders via e-mail, but we will answer questions sent by e-mail about our merchandise. We do not accept credit cards, pay pal, personal checks, or COD's. We advise against sending cash. We are not responsible for anything that may be lost or stolen in the mail. Everything must be paid for by a US postal money order or a bank money order. Overseas buyers must pay with an international check or money order payable in United States currency. Indiana Residents add 7% state sales tax. Overseas buyers: Add 20% to the total cost to cover the cost of overseas air mail. In the United States and Canada there is no extra charge for regular postage. Whenever possible we will add a delivery confirmation at no extra charge to the customer. Certified and /or insured mail can be arranged but the customer will pay the extra cost. E-mail us if you have any questions.

All serious e-mails will be answered. Crank e-mails will be black listed and bounced. We will make every effort to answer your e-mails within a day or two. But, as we do get busy at times allow up to four days to receive a reply.
In the USA and Canada: While we make every effort to get you your order within two to three weeks of the date we receive it (sooner whenever possible) we do get busy from time to time so allow up to four weeks. If you do not receive your order in four weeks e-mail us at once. Overseas: Because of today's tight anti terror security we cannot guarantee any delivery times but if you do not get your package in four weeks also e-mail us at once. Your package may be held up at the customs office. It may be opened for security reasons and you may have to pay import duty. We suggest you do not make large expensive orders at first.
Minimum order: Ten dollars ($10.00) US currency.
When you order: Be sure you write down the section(s) your items are listed in. Give the number they are listed as plus any other letters or numbers that appear with the items. Then mention the item by name. Example: Realm Patches #1 Ohio realm #2 patch. OR: Stickers and Decals #1 Akia #301 sticker. Be sure you clearly print or type your return address on the letter you place your order with as well as on the outside envelope. Save your money order receipt at least until you get your order. Do not send it to us. Make sure your money order is filled out properly and signed in the proper place.
