Rare National Knights and U.S. Klans items from the estate of the late James Venable, Imperial Wizard of the National Knights of the Ku Klux Klan. He was a personal friend of Imperial Wizards Col. Simmons and Eldon Edwards. Venable was 91 when he died. His family owned Stone Mountain, Ga. The scene of the two major revivals of the Ku Klux Klan.
